Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) is introducing a Airbus A350 into its fleet from 2020, as part of what the company is calling a "key investment".
The aircraft will take its maiden voyage on January 28 next year, be the first of eight new SAS Airbus A350, and will be a part of the airlines commitment to reduce emissions in line with the company's future plans.
The A350 will be based at the SAS hub at Copenhagen Airport and will operate on seven routes during the first year, including Chicago, Beijing, New York, Tokyo, Shanghai, Hong Kong and San Francisco.
