Scandinavian Airlines' (SAS) loyalty programme EuroBonus has reached 8 million members globally.
“This milestone is a testament to the amazing loyalty and engagement of our members, which enables us to continue developing the program even more to meet their needs,” said SAS vice president of product and loyalty Aron Backström.
The company said it had seen a “surge” of young users, driving the loyalty programme's growth. SAS said that while business travellers have typically been a large part of EuroBonus, there has been a shift towards leisure travel among younger users.
