Ryanair and TUI have announced a new collaboration by which the travel company will be authorised to offer Ryanair flights, seats and bags as part of its holiday packages, on the condition it does not overcharge for Ryanair products.
TUI is Ryanair’s third approved online travel agent partner, alongside Loveholidays and Kiwi, in contrast to the unauthorised third party agents who ‘continue to scam and overcharge customers with hidden mark-ups and provide fake customer and payment to Ryanair,’ notes the airline.
Ryanair’s Dara Brady said that TUI customers will now benefit from the “full price transparency of Ryanair productions” and that they will “receive any information regarding their flight directly from Ryanair as well as having direct access to their booking through their myRyanair account”.
“The cooperation with Ryanair will now further expand the range of dynamically packaged TUI holidays and at the same time achieve a further milestone in digitalization,” confirmed Peter Krüger, chief strategy officer and chief executive officer of holiday experiences, TUI Group.
