R.W. Pressprich & Co, a New York-based institutional broker dealer, announced today the successful closing of $116mm Beacon Aircraft Company 2012-1.
With Beacon, R.W. Pressprich & Co. assisted Airbus Financial Services in monetizing a previous mortgage financing related to the sale of A330-300s to a U.S.-based airline. Pressprich acted as Placement Agent and placed the transaction privately with institutional investors.
