IndiGo commenced new direct flight connecting Ras Al Khaimah to South Indian city of Hyderabad as a part of its summer schedule to provide increase opportunities for passengers.
Commenting on the new route, Vinay Malhotra, Head of Global Sales, IndiGo said: “The airline has started the new direct flights between Hyderabad-Ras Al Khaimah in view of the increasing demand. The country is witnessing a surge in domestic and international travel this year, and as India’s leading carrier, we are fulfilling this need by introducing new routes and adding frequencies to our existing routes.”
With the introduction of these flights, IndiGo now operates 14 flights a week from 2 cities in India to the UAE city making Ras Al-Khaimah the fourth UAE destination on IndiGo’s UAE route. It is the airline’s 11th destination in the Middle East and 26th international destination.
