Qantas’ regional subsidiary, QantasLink, will launch two new routes from Perth to Newcastle and Hobart later this year.
Starting from September, the airline will operate a direct service between Perth and Newcastle three times weekly, providing over 45,000 seats each year between the two cities.
A direct Perth-Hobart service will also be reinstated by the airline for the first time since 2023, also operating three times a week.
These new services will be operated by QantasLink’s A319 fleet of aircraft.
