Proflight Zambia is all set to launch its first-ever direct flight connecting Lusaka and Cape Town starting July 2023. This route will offer tourists direct route to Cape Town without the hassle of connecting flights through Johannesburg OR Tambo Airport (JNB).
Proflight Zambia plans to deploy its 50-seat Bombardier CRJ aircraft on the three-hour route.
This will be airline’s fourth route between two African nations.
Commenting on the new route, Josais Walubita, Director Flight Operations, Proflight Zambia said: “We are seeing growing demand for flights between Zambia and South Africa; hence the time is now right to launch this new direct service to Cape Town. Travelers can be assured of a safe, reliable, and friendly service that adds further freedom and flexibility to explore the region."
The airline will operate twice weekly service on this route on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
