Peak Performance Recruitment (PPR) has created a new division and service offering.
With the addition of two new staff members, Aaron Davidson and Nicole Reilly, PPR will further expand from its roots in aircraft leasing to provide recruitment services to the MRO and airline sectors.
Keith Garry, Managing Director of PPR explained: “This is a natural progression for our company as we are able to leverage our existing industry knowledge and contacts within the aircraft leasing and parts sectors. Many of you may be aware of the successful projects with aircraft parts and maintenance organisations delivered by existing team member Kevin O’Callaghan. Our aim is now to expand on the good work and relationships that Kevin has forged in this space with the creation of a team dedicated to the sector.”
Aaron Davidson will lead the new division as Director of PPR Aviation. His focus will be on supporting the maintenance and engineering requirements of the wider airline and aerospace industries.
Nicole Reilly will support the new division as a recruitment resourcer. She will source and qualify candidates for open requirements. Nicole was previously employed by Red C Research.
