Buoyed by the general unrest in the Middle East, about 100 employees of Oman Air have staged a protest in front of the company’s headquarters near the country’s main international airport in the capital, Muscat, yesterday, calling for improved working conditions.
Philippe Georgiou, the carrier’s chief officer for corporate affairs, said flights were not disrupted by the demonstration and told local media that it was willing to talk with the protesters.
