Malaysian low-cost carrier Malindo Air plans to launch a new flight from Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2 (KLIA2) to Sri Guru Ram Dass Jee International Airport (Amritsar) in India. The route will be served three times a week using a 737-900ER aircraft from October 25.
“Apart from Amritsar, we will continue to focus on further route enhancements and introduce more ... promotions,” Malindo CEO Chandran Rama Muthy said. “We are looking to enhance our capacity and route network further to [using] Boeing operations, and are poised to introduce more routes to our network [through 2015],” he added.
