Germany’s Deutsche Lufthansa AG, the parent company of Lufthansa Group, will make a number of changes to its supervisory board at its annual general meeting (AGM) on March 6, 2025.
The company stated that former Lufthansa and Airbus CEO Thomas Enders will resign from the board at his own request at the end of the AGM.
The supervisory board has proposed that Alexis von Hoensbroech, CEO of the Canadian airline WestJet, should be elected to the board for a term of three years to fill the vacant position.
In addition to this change, Astrid Stange, Angela Titzrath and Erich Clementi will be standing for re-election to the supervisory board for a further three-year term.
