Lufthansa Cargo has appointed Oliver von Götz to the position of head of global fulfilment management.
He holds 13 years of experience in the aviation industry in the areas of network management, strategy and sales. Before joining Lufthansa Cargo, von Götz was the head of corporate airline strategy and business development Lufthansa Airlines within the Lufthansa Group.
“We are delighted that Oliver von Götz is now leading our Global Fulfillment Management team,” said Dietmar Focke, chief operations officer at Lufthansa Cargo.
He added; “He has the right experience to coordinate the many interfaces within the supply chain, to establish new, more efficient solutions and ultimately to enable optimal shipment processes for our customers.”
He succeeds Jan-Wilhelm Breithaupt, who took over as managing director of jettainer, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lufthansa Cargo.
