Falko Regional Aircraft, a British lessor focused on the regional aircraft sector, has named a new chief of staff and a new chief financial officer (CFO).
Martin Brennan, the new chief of staff, will work with chief executive Jeremy Barnes to "set strategic priorities and identify opportunities to allow Falko to achieve its business objectives".
Brennan "will retain his responsibilities for human resource management and organisational development and will provide more focus on employee development, succession planning and particularly the development of the next generation of Falko management," according to the lessor.
New CFO Ray Gorman "will work closely with other senior management and external stakeholders to ensure the continued effectiveness and development of Falko’s financial control processes, accounting systems and reporting routines to support the growth of the business," the company said.
Ex-KMPG and DAE Capital exec Michelle Salley is to join as vice president taxation, with Rosalie Kersey to be vice president investor relations after a stint in aviation finance at Investec bank.
