Joe Gibney, current director of business development has been appointed vice president and chief operating officer.
In his role, Gibney will report directly to Greg Arnold, chairman and chief executive officer of TAC – The Arnold Companies.
As a part of his new role leading TAC Air, Gibney will also oversee the business management of Keystone Aviation. Along with Gibney's appointment, Aaron Fish, current controller for Keystone Aviation, has been promoted to lead Keystone Aviation as vice president and chief operating officer reporting to Gibney.
Gibney will focus on the company's established plan for growth and introduce new opportunities and initiatives that play to his wealth of knowledge and experience in aviation, management, real estate and M&A to strengthen TAC Air as a leader in ground services provider of US fixed base operators (FBOs).
