LATAM Airlines has issued a $138million UK Export Finance-guaranteed bond for the financing of four A320s. The transaction priced at Midswaps+90bps; the coupon was 2.004%.
BNP Paribas and Santander were bookrunners and Underwriters.
This is the first ever UK Export Finance-guaranteed for an airline company.
