Kazakhstan’s FlyArystan has taken delivery of one new A320neo aircraft.
The Almaty-headquartered airline confirmed it received the plane from Airbus’ factory in Toulouse on January 22, 2025, making this aircraft the low-cost carriers 24th aircraft.
FlyArystan president, Richard Ledger, said that the delivery of the new aircraft from Airbus is a “significant milestone” for the airline.
“This aircraft will enable us to open new routes, increase the frequency of flights on popular destinations, and reinforce our commitment to environmental responsibility," he added.
Additionally, starting from January 1, 2025, all FlyArystan flights will operate under a new FS code, replacing the airline's previous code of KC. The new code was assigned to the airline by the IATA.
