ITP Aero and Air Nostrum Engineering & Maintenance (ANEM) have signed a contract for the maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) of General Electric CT7-9C3 engines.
This contract, with an initial duration of three years, aligns with ITP Aero's focus on expanding its presence in the MRO market and enhancing its aftermarket capabilities for key engine platforms currently in operation.
“We are delighted to continue our partnership with Air Nostrum, as part of GE Aerospace’s in-service engine community for CT7 engines” said Alan Jones, executive director of MRO at ITP Aero.
Jones added: “This is another milestone that allows us to continue with the execution of ITP Aero’s strategic MRO growth roadmap, driving the expansion of our commercial aftermarket services and the operational excellence of our maintenance and repair capabilities” adds Alan Jones.
The maintenance work will be performed at ITP Aero’s facility in Albacete, Spain.
