Russian aircraft manufacturer, Irkut Corp. has reported a 38.6% drop in net income to RUB1.043 billion ($28.08 million) for 2013. Revenue rose however by 19.6% to RUB58.142 billion, mainly due to the success of its military aircraft division. The fall in net profit fall is mainly due to its civil MC-21 aircraft programme.
