Lithuanian charter and aircraft leasing company GetJet Airlines has appointed Inga Duglas as its new chief executive officer.
Duglas will assume the role from March 12, 2025, succeeding Rūta Kulvinskaitė, who has led the company for the past four years.
Duglas joins GetJet Airlines from Magnetic Group, where she served as chief commercial officer for the last four years. Duglas is also the chairwoman of the board at the civil aviation association (CAVIA) of Lithuania.
“I see great potential in further expanding our service portfolio, which will not only contribute to strengthening the company's self-sufficiency but also increase its competitiveness,” commented Duglas.
GetJet Airlines said this leadership change was made by mutual agreement as the company aims for “ambitious goals” and a new stage of growth.
The company, which is part of the GetJet Aviation Holdings group, posted a revenue of €176 million ($192 million) during 2024 and operates flights to over 170 airports.
