On November 4, 2015, Crédit Agricole CIB (CA-CIB) arranged the financing of one Boeing 737-800 aircraft bearing MSN 43914 for ICBC Financial Leasing, leased to Xiamen Airlines Company Limited. ICBC Financial Leasing is the leasing arm of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China. The aircraft was financed using a French lease combined with a commercial loan, going through an SPC established by ICBC FL in the Tianjin Free Trade Zone. CACIB acted as mandated lead arranger, security trustee and facility agent. CACIB (China) Limited, Tianjin Branch acted as Account Bank. CACIB was advised by Norton Rose Fulbright and ICBC Financial Leasing was advised by William KK Ho.
