Iberia has commenced a new recruitment drive for entry level pilots based in Madrid, to support “anticipated” growth.
Through this recruitment, the airline is seeking to incorporate new pilots under its ‘Flight Plan 2030’, which includes initiatives such as launching new routes from Madrid to Toronto, Philadelphia, Monterrey, Orlando, Fortaleza, and Recife.
The imitative also involves the addition of new A350 and A321XLR aircraft and a complete renewal of the short- and medium-haul fleet.
