IAG have announced that non-executive proprietary director Giles Agutter will ""not stand for re-election at the Shareholders' Meeting to be held on 26 June 2024"".
In a statement, IAG said; ""(Agutter) will therefore cease to be a director of the Company following that Meeting.
""To fill this vacancy, the Board of Directors, with the favourable report of the Nominations Committee, submits to the Shareholders' Meeting the appointment of Bruno Matheu as a non-executive proprietary director as proposed by the significant shareholder Qatar Airways Group"".
