International Aero Engines (IAE), owned by RTX’s Pratt & Whitney, Japanese Aero Engines and MTU Aero Engines, has named Kelly Horan as its president on June 13, 2024.
Horan, who was also named vice president of V2500 programs at Pratt & Whitney, will serve in both roles, concurrently. She will succeed Kim Kinsley, who held the position since June 2023.
“Kelly is a proven leader with the right skillset to lead IAE into its next chapter and is well positioned to serve customers,” said Kinsley.
“She is passionate about building high-performing teams, developing talent, championing diversity and inclusion, and collaborating cross-functionally. Under Kelly’s leadership, IAE will continue delivering the proven performance that V2500 customers have come to expect.”
After more than 25 years of experience in engineering, supply chain and commercial aftermarket, as president Horan will lead the integrated program structure to support the IAE V2500 program and to ensure financial, business, technical, customer and partner commitments are achieved.
