Hutchinson has completed its 100% acquisition of aerospace de-icing solutions provider Cox & Company. The acquisition also includes its subsidiary Prime Technology, a specialist in instrumentation for the naval defence and industrial sectors.
"This strategic acquisition will create significant synergies and growth opportunities, as it reinforces Hutchinson de-icing solutions for aerospace applications and extends our product and customer portfolios,” said Nicolas Orance, SEVP of Hutchinson’s aerospace defence industry (ADI) activity.
