High Ridge Aviation (HRA) has delivered of all three A220-300 aircraft to Breeze Airways under a purchase-leaseback (PLB) agreement first announced in March.
These two additional aircraft were delivered from Airbus’ US production facility in Mobile, Alabama, following an initial delivery last month of the first aircraft in this transaction.
“We are proud to have successfully completed the delivery of all three Airbus A220-300 aircraft to Breeze Airways, fulfilling our commitment on this purchase-leaseback transaction,” said Greg Conlon, chief executive officer of High Ridge Aviation.
This PLB is the first transaction between HRA and Breeze.
