US Frontier Airlines will launch nonstop service between Luis Munoz Marin International Airport in San Juan and Cibao International Airport in Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic on June 14, 2024, and Grantley Adams International Airport in Barbados on July 3, 2024.
