Yesterday, Emirates closed successfully the JOLCO financing of one new A380-800 (msn 172). The transaction is arranged by Veling Ltd, which was the JOLCO Arranger. IBJ Leasing acted as Equity Arranger, CA-CIB as Senior Debt Arranger, Facility Agent and Security Trustee. IBJ Leasing and Credit Industriel et Commercial (CIC) are Junior Debt Arrangers. This is the first JOLCO arranged for an A380 of Emirates.
