ExecuJet Haite and Metrojet have formed a joint venture (JV) registered in Shenzhen, China called the Metrojet Haite Business Aviation Company. The JV will allow both companies to build on existing strengths in aircraft management, flight operations, and MRO services, and to reinforce their market positions within the region.

As a first step in the future long-term plans for the joint venture, Metrojet Haite Business Aviation has formally acquired the shareholding of Funian Aviation, which will be followed by a wider portfolio of companies and acquisitions as opportunities arise.

Funian Aviation provides aircraft management and high-end charter services, with extensive experience in operating a fleet of Gulfstream G450/G550 aircraft.
Both Haite and Metrojet will contribute to the Board of Directors of the new joint venture a team of aviation professionals with over 30 years of global business aviation, financial, legal, and overall management experience.
