EVA Air secures IATA certification for fresh cargo and live animal transport

EVA Air, Evergreen Air Cargo Services (EGAC), and Evergreen Airline Services (EGAS) have collectively obtained certification from the International Air Transport Association (IATA) to transport live animals and fresh cargo.

EVA Air earned the certifications for CEIV Fresh and CEIV Live Animals. The airline has now completed four IATA CEIV series certifications, which also include CEIV Pharma and CEIV Lithium Batteries.

“The joint certification audit of EVA Air, EGAC, and EGAS further enhances the unified quality and consistency of EVA's cargo operations while reinforcing Taiwan's professional standing in the global air cargo market,” said EVA Air.

EVA Air said it will continue to collaborate closely with EGAC and EGAS to deliver “safe, reliable, and high-quality” air cargo services for its global customers.
