Emirates plans to launch A350 services on a further nine routes, as part of its summer 2025 schedule.
The Dubai-based carrier said its new Airbus aircraft will now fly to Tunis, Amman, Istanbul, Dammam, Ho Chi Minh City, Baghdad and Oslo.
Adnan Kazim, deputy president and chief commercial officer at Emirates, said the introduction of this aircraft and layering it on existing route schedules will enable Emirates to maintain a “competitive position” within the market.
Emirates will layer on more A350 services to Bahrain and Kuwait, while A350 services to Bologna will commence one month ahead of its announced deployment date of June 1, 2025.
The airline first commenced operations using its A350 aircraft on January 3, 2025, on a service between Dubai and Edinburgh.
