Embraer's backlog reached $26.3bn in the last quarter of 2024, increasing 16% versus the previous quarter, as well as up 40% on the fourth quarter of 2023.
The manufacturer's commercial aviation segment finished 2024 with a backlog of $10.2bn, down 8% compared to the third quarter, though up 15% compared to the same period a year prior.
During the quarter, the company delivered 75 aircraft and a total of 206 in the year. As of the quarter's end, it had a total firm order backlog of 343 commercial aircraft, consisting of 164 E175, 25 E190-E2, and 154 E195-E2 aircraft.
The company added it will make progress on its production levelling initiative for 2025.
In addition, the company's executive jets segment's backlog was $7.4bn in the quarter with its recent deal with Flexjet, marking a 67% increasing on the third quarter and 70% on the fourth quarter of 2024.
