Edward Prince joins UKEF from Rolls-Royce

Edward Prince has been appointed as director of large corporates & international at UK Export Finance (UKEF). 

Prince will join UKEF in 2025 from Rolls-Royce, overseeing the directorate responsible for issuing and underwriting the department’s suite of financial products developed to support British exporters.

“I’m delighted to be appointed co-head of the business group and director for large corporates & international at UK Export Finance,” commented Prince. “I’m particularly excited to be ensuring that UKEF’s presence and impact is felt globally, working with experts across government in supporting the drive to net zero as we deliver UKEF’s ambitious business plan.”

Prince formerly held several senior roles during his tenure at Rolls-Royce, holding positions such as managing director and group head of corporate finance and director of corporate finance and group treasurer, 

Prince also previously held positions at DBS Bank, Barclays and Goldman Sachs.
