easyJet launched 26 new routes for its summer 2025 schedule, including its first ever sub-Saharan service to Cape Verde.

Inaugural flights to Cape Verde will take off on March 31, 2025, and will operate three times per week from London Gatwick airport.

“Our continued growth and investment in the UK and the connectivity we offer our customers highlights the importance of the market for us, where this year we operated more flying than ever before,” said easyJet UK country manager Ali Gayward.

The carrier is also launching its new route to Rimini, Italy for its summer schedule. In addition, the schedule adds routes from London Luton, Birmingham Airport, Edinburgh Airport, and Glasgow Airport. A route to Reus will also be served twice a week from Belfast International Airport. The airline will now serve Leeds Bradford airport with routes to Malaga and Palma.
