easyJet plans to add new flights from London Gatwick to Mahón, providing even more connections between the UK and the Spanish Island of Menorca. The route was previously only available throughout the airline’s summer season which begins at the end of March, now easyJet will make the route available from February 6, 2018.
The route will connect easyJet customers in the UK and Menorca with a weekly flight throughout February and March and if successful, it is possible that the route could become available throughout the year.
"By extending our summer season between London Gatwick and Mahón we are reaffirming our commitment to sustained growth at London Gatwick,” said Sophie Dekkers, easyJet’s UK Country Director. “We are always looking for new opportunities and to de-seasonalise tourism where we can meet demand for our customers.”
easyJet links Mahón with 12 destinations across its European network in the summer season, with flights to major European destinations such as London as well as Paris, Milan.
