easyJet has revealed that Moni Mannings, a non-executive director and chair of the company's remuneration committee, will not seek re-election at the easyJet’s annual general meeting (AGM) on February 13, 2025.
Sue Clark, senior independent director, will succeed Mannings as chair of the remuneration committee at the conclusion of the AGM.
The board has also noted that Julie Chakraverty will join as a non-executive director and a member of the finance and safety & operational readiness committees with effect from January 27, 2025. Julie has previously worked at JP Morgan Chase and held several global leadership positions at UBS Investment Bank.
Sir Stephen Hester, chair of easyJet, thanked Mannings for her contribution to the board during her tenure.
