The Dubai Civil Aviation Authority has signed an understanding with Nedaa, the exclusive secure network provider for the Government of Dubai, to ‘mutually exchange critical information and data pertaining to emergency and public safety’.
Under the strategic partnership, both parties will collaborate to enhance collaboration, leverage expertise and administrative knowledge to assess and optimise technologies that will elevate the operational efficiency and services of the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority. They will also cooperate in organizing events, exhibitions, and joint volunteer training programs.
Throughout the partnership, Nedaa will provide regular updates on the latest technological advancements in its specialized communication network system, as well as prioritizing the upgrading of its communication network system.

Mansoor Bu Osaiba, director general of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, noted: “This partnership reflects our shared ambitions and aspirations to elevate the quality of services provided to the residents and visitors of Dubai, while consolidating the Emirate's position and leadership on a global scale.”
