Pilots and crew of a Delta Air Lines 767-300 aircraft at Los Angeles International Airport were locked out of the cockpit for several hours, delaying the flight. Mechanics worked for four hours to open the locked cockpit door, although the airline hasn’t stated why it took so long.
Once the cockpit door was unlocked, the flight left LAX three hours and 43 minutes late.
