CTS Engines (CTS) has confirmed the appointment of Bill Kircher, currently executive vice president of CTS, to the expanded role of chief executive office and executive vice president.
Kircher succeeds Vesa Paukkeri, who will be transitioning to the role of chief commercial officer based in Helsinki, Finland.
