Cork kicks off summer operations with return of Air France's daily Paris link

Cork Airport is to start its summer flying programme with 44 routes, 29 of them operated by Ryanair which has added Seville, La Rochelle, Venice Treviso and Rome Fiumicino and East Midlands as new destinations for 2023.

Aer Lingus has restarted flights to Faro and Malaga, with services to Dubrovnik and Palma de Mallorca to resume in May. Air France has returned to the southern Irish city with a daily service to Paris Charles de Gaulle, while KLM will operate a twice-daily service to Amsterdam Schiphol. Emerald Airlines is to launch a six-times weekly service to Bristol.

"The highlights of this year’s extensive summer schedule are new routes to great destinations such as Seville, La Rochelle, Rome, and Venice Treviso along with increased frequencies on no less than 13 routes. Business passengers will be well catered for this summer, with the return of services to Frankfurt with Lufthansa, twice-daily services to Amsterdam Schiphol with KLM and the much-anticipated return of a daily service to Paris Charles de Gaulle with Air France," said Tara Finn, head of aviation business development at the airport.
