Cathay Pacific has announced an average salary rise of 4 to 4.5-percent for all Hong Kong staff and will pay a discretionary 13th month salary and a profit share equivalent to three weeks’ wages when the airline announces its year end results in March. The airline expects to make a net profit of at least HK$12.5 billion for 2010.
