Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank ( CA-CIB) and MUFG Bank (MUFG), together as joint mandated lead arrangers, have closed a 7.5-year, $255 million, nine aircraft portfolio financing with Minsheng Financial Leasing (Minsheng).
CA-CIB acted as joint mandated lead arranger, security trustee, swap bank and lender. MUFG acted as joint mandated lead arranger, account bank, facility agent, swap bank and lender. Bank of Communications (Hong Kong) joined as one of the lenders. The transaction is secured by a diversified portfolio of 9 narrowbodies leased to various airline across the world.
Clifford Chance Singapore acted as lenders’ counsel while HFW Hong Kong acted represented Minsheng in this facility.
