BOC Aviation executes 75 transactions during Q2

BOC Aviation executed 75 transactions during the second quarter of 2025, including commitments to purchase 18 aircraft and one engine

The Singapore-based lessor sold 14 owned aircraft during the three-month period, while also delivering 13 aircraft and one engine.

For the first half of the year, 18 aircraft were sold with an average of 10.4 years, compared with 15 aircraft during the same six-month period of 2024.

The lessor ended the quarter with a total portfolio of 834 aircraft and engines. This includes an average aircraft age of five years and an average remaining lease term of 7.9 years for the 441 owned aircraft fleet.

BOC Aviation's customer base includes 92 airlines across 45 countries and regions within its owned and managed portfolios. The company maintained 100% utilisation of its owned aircraft for the second quarter.

The company also closed a five-year term loan totalling $1.5bn with 21 global banks.
