BNPP and BBAM close commercial debt financing for one A321neo

BNP Paribas (BNPP) and BBAM successfully closed a USD commercial debt financing for one A321neo aircraft operated by AirAsia.

BNPP acted as sole lender, arranger, facility agent and security trustee for this transaction while Milbank acted as the lender’s English law counsel.
