BNP Paribas (BNPP) provided commercial financing to CCB Financial Leasing for three A321neo aircraft that are currently on lease to Wizz Air.
BNPP acted as facility agent and security trustee. VedderPrice Singapore acted as lender’s English counsel while HFW London acted as borrower’s English counsel.
