Boeing has delivered the first set of three 737-800 Next-Generation planes to Belavia Belarusian Airlines. It is the first time the Belarus’ national airline purchased any aircraft directly from Boeing. The airline placed the order on June 2, 2014. The aircraft are powered by CFM engines.
Belavia Airlines General Director Anatoly Gusarov commented that these aircraft will increase the dispatch reliability and punctuality of the airline.
