BeauTech Power Systems signs sale and purchase agreement with JetBlue for 11 engines

BeauTech Power Systems has signed a sale and purchase agreement with JetBlue Airways for 11 General Electric CF34-10E6 engines.

The acquisition brings BeauTech’s total portfolio to over 160 spare engines, reinforcing its leadership in the CF34-10 segment.

These engines will support airline fleet transitions, maintenance bridging, and maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) requirements, aiming to help carriers minimise downtime and optimise aircraft utilisation.

“Our focus is on delivering the right engine solution exactly when our customers need it,” said Lee Beaumont, founder & CEO of BeauTech. “By adding these CF34-10 engines to our portfolio, we reinforce our leadership in this segment and expand our ability to provide near-term, high-value leasing options to our airline partners.”

JetBlue, which is undergoing a phased modernisation of its fleet, highlighted the strategic nature of the deal which will allow the airline to unlock value from E190 assets while supporting their continued use in the global market.
