Freighter lessor Air Transport Services Group (ATSG) has acquired two newly converted Boeing 767-300 freighters.
Cargo Aircraft Management, an ATSG subsidiary, will deliver both aircraft to Amerijet International, taking the Miami-based airline to 11 ATSG aircraft on lease.
“Today we acknowledge an important milestone in the history of our company,” said Paul Chase, chief commercial officer of ATSG.
One of the aircraft is ATSG's first conversion, with the second the work of Tel Aviv-based Israel Aerospace Industries.
