In September 2020, Amedeo Air Four Plus (UK) returned a large portion of the net proceeds from the sale of two aircraft to shareholders, whilst retaining £30 million to provide the company with financial flexibility in a challenging and uncertain environment. The Board has now stated that the commercial circumstances facing the company now allow for a return of capital to shareholders, together with the re-introduction of quarterly dividends.
Amedeo Air Four Plus intends to return to Shareholders an aggregate amount of £30 million (by way of a compulsory redemption). The company has also confirmed that it intends to reinstate a regular dividend with the first dividend payment being made in Q1 2022.
Amedeo Air Four Plus has also stated that the lease restructurings with Thai Airways, in respect of four A350-900 aircraft, “are proceeding satisfactorily” and that it will issue an update to shareholders when the restructurings are finalised.
