Aircraft Leasing and Management (ALM) has completed the lease of an A320-200neo aircraft to Turkish Airlines.
“We are delighted to place this aircraft on lease and further grow our relationship with Turkish Airlines,” said Richard Dudley-Cave, ALM’s head of marketing.
He added: “This is the first of two aircraft to be delivered to the airline, and highlights ALM’s ability to successfully market and manage the transition of aircraft back-to-back from the previous lessee.”
The aircraft is also the first of two Pratt & Whittney GTF powered units to be delivered to the airline.
Levent Konukcu, Turkish Airlines chief investment and strategy officer, commented: “We are happy to welcome this fuel-efficient Airbus A320-200neo into our fleet, marking another step in our ongoing commitment to innovation and sustainability. We look forward to continuing our partnership with ALM and Fuyo as we move forward.”
ALM currently manages a portfolio of A320 and 737 family aircraft for Fuyo General Lease (Fuyo) and its subsidiary companies.
