Allegiant Travel Company, which operates the Allegiant airline, has announced several key enhancements" to its leadership with Robert Neal named senior vice president, chief financial officer (CFO) and Tracy Tulle to be senior vice president, chief experience officer.
Neal and Tulle are to join Drew Wells, senior vice president of revenue and network planning, and Greg Anderson, president, who has handed the CFO portfolio to Neal, who in his previous role was senior vice president, corporate finance, led corporate finance, investor relations, fleet, procurement, and cash management.
Described as a "worldwide expert in the used aircraft market", Neal led negotiations with manufacturers including Allegiant's 2021 order from Boeing and CFM "or up to 100 new 737MAX aircraft". He also led the refinancing of the company's US $550 million Term Loan B in August 2022.
As senior vice president, flight crew operations, Tulle ran the flight operations and in-flight services departments and chaired the customer experience leadership team. She was "instrumental in the development of a partnership program with Spartan Aviation Group that is expected to introduce prospective pilots to the substantial benefits of working for Allegiant", the company said,
"I am thrilled to announce several significant changes to our senior organisational structure," said Anderson. "These enhanced roles have been in motion for some time and reflect the hard work and successful efforts of key Allegiant leaders in their respective areas.".
The announcements followed the resignation on January 27 of Scott Sheldon as president and chief operating officer, with Keny Wilper, senior vice president of OCC and stations, stepping in as interim chief operating officer.
